Scope
This directive applies to all visitors of the Gottardo Arena. It is suitable for the entire company premises, i.e. inside and outside the building.
Order and security
Guests must always follow the instructions of the security department and the staff of the operating company (GOTTARDO ARENA).
Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited within the entire grounds of the Gottardo Arena.
Security personnel may identify spectators who violate venue rules or do not obey directions. In addition, GOTTARDO ARENA Security has the right to detain persons for the purpose of collecting personal data or until the arrival of the police.
In case of serious violations, the promoter and the operating company have the right to withdraw the admission tickets and certificates, and have the right to expel violators from the organizer. The operating company reserves the right to enforce violations of occupancy rules in court, to impose occupancy bans and to hold violators responsible for damages.
Security check
For everyone’s safety, security personnel will conduct a security check at the entrance. The security department also has the right to conduct body searches on guests.
Cloakroom / Lost and Found
The operating company provides staffed cloakrooms. In any case, no liability is assumed for valuables included in the delivered items.
The operating company has an in-house lost and found office. If the owner of the found item cannot be identified within two weeks, the operating company will hand over the item to the Lost and Found Office on-site.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited on site:
- Any backpack, suitcase or bag larger than A4 (210 x 297mm).
- PET containers, cans, glass bottles, Tetra Pak and similar containers.
- Various food.
- Large banners, flagpoles, selfie sticks and umbrellas.
- Professional cameras, including video cameras and recording devices of any format (unless approved by Promoter).
- Computers and Tablets.
- Various weapons (e.g. knives, weapons, tear gas, pepper spray, air horns) and laser pointers.
- Fireworks, firework, smoke bombs, other flames and bengal flares.
- Sports equipment, such as roller skates or kickboards.
- Stroller.
- Animal.
Prohibited items may be handed over and collected for a fee from the “Prohibited Items” outside the cloakroom, provided there is sufficient storage space.
Age limit
The age limit is subject to the promoter’s requirements.
Admittance
Participation in all events at the Gottardo Arena is only possible with a valid ticket, certification or invitation. Tickets and invitations must be kept until the end of the event and presented to security upon request.
Buildings
Fitting devices that cannot be fully removed, such as carpet tape, are not permitted in the building or on its premises. The customer bears the cost of removing any debris or repairing any damage to the equipment.
Smoke free
The entire area of Gottardo Arena is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Promotors Supplementary Rules
Promoter may create additional rules. These can be requested from the respective promoters.
